Refund policy

Due to the customised nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We take the upmost care on all our products along with thorough quality checks, to ensure the highest standards. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and will be happy to assist you. 

Given our quick turnaround time for all customised products, we have limitations on order adjustments once your payment has been processed. However, if you need assistance after placing your order, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will provide you with an update on your order status.

If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, a refund cannot be given.
